The industrial coolers designed by Aurum Process Technology to work in continuous are normally used in the final stage of the thermal process, reducing the temperature of the product prior to the packaging stage. The heat exchangers in the cooler are manufactured with the corrugated tube technology and therefore the efficiency of the whole system is doubled if we compare it with smooth tube pasteurizers.
